Carson Leibeck Game Report: vs Schroon Lake

Carson Leibeck wasn't messing around on Tuesday, going 7 of 14 en route to 17 points and four steals. The contest was his fourth straight with 15 or more points. While that hot streak is impressive, perhaps more impressive is what he's done for his team: he's posted a third or more of Boquet Valley's points for six straight games. On the season, Leibeck has averaged 19.8 points, 3.8 steals, and 4.3 boards.

Leibeck and Boquet Valley will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Seton Catholic Central at 6:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025. The Griffins got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Knights, probably because Leibeck had a solid game then too: he put up 11 points and six steals.
