The Berean Academy Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Tri-City Christian Academy Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Berean Academy has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 8.
Last Tuesday, Berean Academy ended up a good deal behind the Patriots and lost 39-22.
Meanwhile, Tri-City Christian Academy beat the Eagles 55-48 on Monday.
Tri-City Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Fulvio Dos Santos, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which Dos Santos has scored at least a third of Tri-City Christian Academy's points. Jeremiah Rasdall was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with two steals.
Berean Academy's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-8. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.0 points per game. As for Tri-City Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 14-1.
