Brock was the 59-52 winner over Decatur when they last played one another back in December of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Brock Eagles received a blow on Saturday as they fell 70-52 to the Decatur Eagles. Brock's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Brock's loss dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Decatur, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5.

Brock didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-43 victory against Seminole on the 28th. As for Decatur, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Eagle Mountain at 7:30 p.m. Decatur has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
