Pinewood waltzed into their game  on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the More Knights. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Panthers this season.
 Pinewood was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16,  25-19.
 Mailey Wang paced Pinewood's offense, picking up six kills. Wang got some help from  Caitlin Yamaguchi and her 12 assists. Wang also made an impact serving:  she shared the team lead in aces with  Adelynn Wang, racking up four apiece.
Pinewood's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for More, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
 Coming up, Pinewood will welcome University Prep Academy  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for More, they will hit the road for the first time this season to  challenge  King's Academy  at 6:00  p.m.  on  the 17th.
