After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Moore Catholic, the Brooklyn Law & Tech Jets were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They walked away with a 42-31 win over Freedom.
Freedom's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keilani Johnson, who scored 11 points along with 6 rebounds. Savannah Price was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 9 rebounds.
The win got Brooklyn Law & Tech back to even at 1-1. As for Freedom, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brooklyn Law & Tech will square off against Cathedral at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Freedom will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Thomas Dale at 7:00 p.m. on December 11th. Thomas Dale is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.
