Amador's game  on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell  27-14 to the Bradshaw Christian Pride. The Buffaloes lost against the Pride in their previous head to head  back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the  65-0 score last time.
 John McPartland threw for 66 yards  on eight of 17 attempts.   Henry Boetzer was his top target, picking up 28 receiving yards.  On the ground,  Michael Nunes rushed for 35 yards.
  Devin Hatcher had another great game (as  he tends to do), rushing for 205 yards while picking up 11.4 yards per carry, and also picking up 35 receiving yards and one  score for Bradshaw Christian. Those  205  rushing yards gave  Hatcher a new career-high.  Mason Pisarski also helped with two TDs in total.
Amador is  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-4. As for Bradshaw Christian, the  win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
 Amador and Bradshaw Christian should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage  in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Buffaloes will  challenge  Galt  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday with a big rank  advantage  (445 vs. 934). Meanwhile,  Bradshaw Christian (ranked 215th) will meet Union Mine (ranked 680th)  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
