Gavin Forrester Goes Supernova in Blue Ridge Win
Starting off the list is Blue Ridge's Gavin Forrester, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Forrester rushed for 151 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 102 yards and two touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
On the year, Forrester has thrown 6 touchdowns while averaging 109 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season, he was only averaging 31.33 passing yards per game.

Grayson Clary Turns in Season-Best Effort
Daniel was led to victory by Grayson Clary, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Clary threw for 250 yards and four touchdowns while completing 92.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 56 yards on only five carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The win (which was Daniel's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Clary and Daniel will head out on the road to take on Berea at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Kb Henderson Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Blue Ridge got the W thanks in part to Kb Henderson playing the best football he has all season. Henderson rushed for 163 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
Travelers Rest's probably not too fond of Henderson given he always seems to get the better of them. Henderson rushed for 188 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.0 yards per carry the last time he and the Devildogs duked it out back in October of 2023.
