For the second straight game, Orem will face off against Jordan. The Tigers will take on the Beetdiggers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Orem has three straight victories, Jordan has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Orem is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They never let Jordan get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. Considering the Tigers have won ten contests by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Kiley Hoshnic was a major factor no matter where she played. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March of 2025. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. That home run was her first of the season.
In other batting news, Orem let Jaileigh DeMaria and Andlie Allen run wild. DeMaria went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base, while Allen went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Allen is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sadie Groneman, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.
Orem was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .708. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in 14 consecutive games.
Orem's victory bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Jordan, they now have a losing record of 9-10.
Jordan's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Orem hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .393. It's a different story for Jordan, though, as they've only averaged .218. Will they be able to contain Orem's hitters?
