Wagon Mound made up a huge gap compared to their last game against New Mexico School for the Deaf, but still couldn't quite topple them. The Wagon Mound Trojans were the clear victor by a 61-39 margin over the New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners on Tuesday. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.

Wagon Mound's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-8. As for New Mexico School for the Deaf, they dropped their record down to 6-9 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
