Berean Christian's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Berean Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Yemeli Tavarez, who scored 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Tavarez has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kalia LaBrec, who scored 19 points.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Berean Christian, bringing their record for this year to 8-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Avant Garde Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.

As for Avant Garde Academy, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Dade Christian at 4:00 p.m. on January 19th.
