Lassen moved up to 244 from 362 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Northern. The Grizzlies were able to move up by topping Foothill 13-7.
Anderson and Las Plumas played the most contested game in the league this week, with Anderson eventually emerging with a 21-18 victory.
Yreka's dynamic duo of Tyler Currie and Michael Schuler proved to be unstoppable against Klamath Union, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Currie threw for 60 yards and 3 touchdowns and Schuler had 38 yards receiving.
The Miners' dynamic duo of Currie and Schuler proved tough for the Pelicans to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Kyle Barnetche provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Lassen defeated the Cougars.
Schuler was the best wideout in the league this week as Yreka bested Klamath Union.
Currie put up the best numbers through the air as Orlyn L Culp II's team defeated Tom Smith's team.
Barnetche was the most successful running back in Northern this week. He ran for 170 yards on 28 carries as st.jacques tom's team topped the Pelicans. Case Bennett also contributed to the rushing game with 91 yards on the ground.
Colton Faure made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Grizzlies beat Foothill. The 6-foot-1 senior.
6-foot-2 quarterback Currie of Yreka is the league leader in passing yards this season with 441. He has also thrown 7 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Franky Shepherd. The Lassen star has 11 catches for 117 yards.
The Miners took down Klamath Union 49-27 last week, the largest margin of any game. Currie ran for 74 yards during the win.
