Baseball Recap: Lowell Comes Up Short

After flying high against Griffith on Thursday, Lowell came back down to earth. The Red Devils lost 11-1 to the Illiana Christian Vikings on Saturday. The Red Devils haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Lowell's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Illiana Christian, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

While Lowell had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
