On Friday, Strasburg are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Luray at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Strasburg, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Strasburg took care of business in their home opener. They were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Jackson 47-0.
Luray had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Madison County 30-28. The margin of victory was a little narrower than expected seeing as Luray are ranked places ahead of Madison County in the rankings.
Their wins bumped Strasburg to 1-0 and Luray to 1-0. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Watch the game and check back in with MaxPreps for details.
