The third road game was the charm for Crystal City, as they earned their first away victory of the season. Everything went their way against the Confluence Prep Academy Titans on Friday as they made off with a 42-16 win. The Hornets' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Ricardo Pastrana and Alex Kuchera. Pastrana rushed for 64 yards and three scores while Kuchera rushed for 35 yards and one touchdown. Those three rushing touchdowns gave Pastrana a new career-high.
