There's no place like home for Farmington, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Festus Tigers on Friday. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2023.

The team relied heavily on Jackson McDowell, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Tatem Tinsley, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Farmington's record is now 16-6. As for Festus, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7-1.

Looking ahead, Farmington will welcome Windsor at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Festus, they will venture away from home to challenge Oakville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
