Ignacio won against Dove Creek on Monday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Bobcats walked away with a 6-3 win over the Dolores Bears. The victory was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on three straight.

Sonny Flores was excellent, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one run and one RBI. Another player making a difference was William Mendoza, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Ignacio's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Dolores, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Ignacio beat the Bears by a score of 10-9 later that day.
