Covenant Christian's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 51-13 loss at the hands of Bozeman. Covenant Christian lost against Bozeman in their previous head to head back in December of 2021, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 58-16 score last time.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bozeman to victory, but perhaps none more so than Skyler Scott , who scored 18 points. Krista Pierce was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Covenant Christian has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Bozeman, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.
Covenant Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Calvary Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on January 8, 2024. As for Bozeman, they will head out on the road to face off against Franklin County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
