Central Cabarrus had a senior duo take command as Carson Daniel scored 24 points along with 7 assists and 6 steals and DJ Kent Jr. dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. The matchup was Daniel's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Josh Dalton, who scored 13 points along with 9 rebounds and 3 blocks.
Central Cabarrus' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for West Cabarrus, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
