After flying high against the Midwest Oilers on Friday, the Dubois Rams came back down to earth. Dubois took a 54-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Meeteetse. Dubois was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Meeteetse apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.
Meeteetse's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jason Moody, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Salzman, who scored 15 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Dubois' loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Meeteetse, they pushed their record up to 8-4 with that win, which was their seventh straight on the road.
Dubois and Wind River will face off on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Wyoming (Wind River is ranked 53rd, while Dubois is ranked 60th). Meeteetse does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
