After having lost a blowout in their matchup last week, Lebanon were happy to find some success on Friday. They made easy work of Castlewood on Friday and carried off a 35-14 victory. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Lebanon as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.
Lebanon got off to a slow start in their game last week, but they had no such trouble against Castlewood as they cruised to a 21-point first half. Castlewood countered with 6 points, leaving the score at 21-6 going into the half. Lebanon put the match away in the third quarter with 14 points from the offense and zero points allowed from the defense.
Lebanon will stay at home next week against Virginia at 7:00 PM. Virginia are limping into the contest on a three-game losing streak. Castlewood will take on Burton at home at 7:00 PM. Castlewood's defense better steel itself: Burton are averaging 31.25 points per game.
