After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Knott County Central, Harlan was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Williamsburg Yellow Jackets. The Green Dragons haven't had any issues with the Yellow Jackets recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Chris Rouse was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Beck Bryson also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Harlan's record now sits at 12-9. As for Williamsburg, their defeat was their 27th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-23.

Looking ahead, Harlan will take on South Laurel at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Williamsburg, they will square off against Lynn Camp at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
