Make it 20 blowout wins for the Texline Tornadoes this season. They took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 92-2 victory over Channing. The victory was familiar territory for Texline who now have nine in a row.
Texline's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rett Wann led the charge by scoring 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Collin Alston, who scored 20 points.
Texline pushed their record up to 24-4 with that victory, which was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 46.13 points. As for Channing, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Texline will head out on the road to take on Pringle-Morse at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pringle-Morse will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1273rd, while Texline is ranked 302nd). As for Channing, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wildorado at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
