After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mooreland, Sweetwater was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 15-1 margin over the Erick Bearcats. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Sweetwater has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. Erick is on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Sweetwater will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hammon at 4:30 p.m. on March 24th. Erick has already played their next game (against Blair), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
