Mason Gugle, Pine River Area's leader in assists on the season, led the team again on Friday. Gugle went 6-for-14 on his way to 14 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists. The effort marked the most assists he has had since back in December of 2024.

Gugle and Pine River Area will take on McBain at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bucks had to take a loss when they last met the Ramblers, but Gugle had little to do with the loss: he posted five points in addition to six boards and three steals.
