Baseball Recap: Queen's Grant Has No Trouble Against Union Preparatory

Queen's Grant made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Union Preparatory, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Queen's Grant blew past Union Preparatory 13-1 on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Stallions: when they faced off against the Polar Bears back in February, they had to take a 20-3 loss.

Jonah Weiss was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over five innings pitched. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while going 2-for-2. Weiss is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season.
