It was another big night for Abigail Theophile, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 29 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tessan Parchment, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and six assists.
When it comes to explaining why Pompano Beach lost, one person who can't be blamed is Sydney Lumpkins. Despite the final result, she scored 29 points. Another player making a difference was Ella Paterson, who scored eight points.
Coconut Creek's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-6. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 26 points.
