The Morristown Yellow Jackets will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Hauser Jets at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Morristown focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Morristown ended up a good deal behind Oldenburg Academy and lost 64-46. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Morristown in their matchups with Oldenburg Academy: they've now lost three in a row.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Owen Rinzel, who scored 11 points along with 6 rebounds. Brayden Keithley was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Meanwhile, Hauser had to kick off their season on the road last Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 62-29 victory over Brown County.
The losses dropped Morristown to 0-2 and Oldenburg Academy to 1-1.
Morristown was taken down by Hauser 72-36 in their previous meeting back in January. Will Morristown have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
