Ware County (Waycross, Ga.) extended its winning streak to 10 games with a 49-7 victory over Bainbridge (Ga.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Dedrick Mills in the first quarter, the Gators were up 35-7 at the half.
Ware County expanded its lead to 42 points entering the fourth quarter. WC scored two times in the third, including once on a Mills touchdown run.
Ware County's standout player in the win was Mills. He ran for three touchdowns.
Bainbridge's only touchdown came on a 66-yard pass in the second quarter.
The Gators had given up an average of 11.2 points prior to the contest.
