Walnut Ridge won the last time they faced Sloan-Hendrix and things went their way  on Tuesday too. The Bobcats put the hurt on the Greyhounds with a sharp  12-3 win. Considering the Bobcats have won six games by more than eight  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Ashtyn Bradley made a big impact no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. That's the most  strikeouts  she has posted since back in March. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Chloe Newberry was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs and four  RBI while going 2-for-4. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Mallory Moore, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 Walnut Ridge  lost a few balls and  finished the game with two  home runs. That's the most  home runs they've managed all season.
Walnut Ridge has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Sloan-Hendrix, they dropped their record down to 7-7 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  on the road.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walnut Ridge will welcome Harrisburg  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Sloan-Hendrix, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Izard County  at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
