Jacob Grant Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Baxter Springs got the W thanks in part to Jacob Grant playing the best football he has all season. Grant picked up 210 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The performance also marked the most rushing yards (19) he has had since back in September of 2023. He really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 85 yards.

Caleb Grant produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Baxter Springs to the win on Friday. Grant picked up 156 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 53 yards.
For the season, Grant has caught 5 touchdowns while averaging 46.3 receiving yards per game.

Simmons Posts Huge Game in 41-8 Victory
St. Mary's-Colgan picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Carston Simmons. Simmons was unstoppable, throwing for 153 yards and two touchdowns on only ten passes, while also punching in a rushing score.
St. Mary's-Colgan pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Simmons and St. Mary's-Colgan will venture away from home to challenge Southeast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
