Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Erie First Christian Academy). They claimed a resounding 72-39 victory over the Seneca Bobcats. For Erie First Christian Academy, this counts as revenge for the 41-36 win Seneca walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Erie First Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Simon Gonzalez led the charge by dropping a double-double on 17 points and ten boards. Gonzalez is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Ayden Blum, who posted 17 points.

Erie First Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Seneca's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tyler Wettekin, who had six points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dalton Boyd, who earned ten points.

Erie First Christian Academy's record now sits at 2-3. As for Seneca, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
