The Escambia County Blue Devils's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Jackson Aggies at 5:45  p.m.  on February 21st. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Escambia County extended their postseason success on Monday against UMS-Wright Prep. They walked away with  a   43-35  win over the Bulldogs.

Perhaps the best among them was   Stephen Williams, who  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and 12  rebounds. Williams is on a roll when it comes to  rebounds, as he's  now  pulled down eight or more in the last 14 games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Cleo Bolar jr., who  scored 17 points.
 Meanwhile, Jackson came tearing into  Monday's  match with 16 straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.1 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Andalusia by a score of  65-58. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
 Jackson's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Nasir Powell led the charge by  almost  dropping  a double-double on 18 points and nine  rebounds. It was the first time this season that  Powell  scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was  Keeyun Chapman, who  scored 11 points along with eight  rebounds and seven  blocks.
 Escambia County has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record  this season. As for Jackson, their win bumped their record up to 27-2.
