McAllen had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came within a single  set of losing the streak, but they secured  a   3-2 W against the Rowe Warriors. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory the Bulldogs have posted  since August 23rd.
 McAllen was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (110-105), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 26-24, 17-25, 19-25, 25-20,  18-16.
 Delicia Longoria paced McAllen's offense, picking up 11 kills. Longoria got some help from  Saige Curl and her 30 assists.  Ecklyn Vaden and  Isabella Rivera kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.
  Isabella Munoz and  Sarai Cano certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss.  Munoz  had 23 assists and 19  digs, while  Cano  had 24  digs and two  aces. Cano is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 17 or more in each of the last three games she's  played.
McAllen's win bumped their record up to 18-9. As for Rowe, their loss  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 9-8.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. McAllen is set to  square off against  their familiar foe Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Meanwhile, Rowe will  face off against  rival Sharyland  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday.
