The Trinity Christian Tigers can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 69-45 margin over Jacksonville Christian Academy. The victory was nothing new for Trinity Christian as they're now sitting on three straight.
It was another big night for Carter Jordan, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. He has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last 20 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jordan Anderson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Several Conquerors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brady Rice, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds. Rice continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Kellen Evans was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Jacksonville Christian Academy, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian will challenge the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Washington Montessori is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak. As for Jacksonville Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against the Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
