Serra Catholic lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Pete Burke, who scored 26 points. Burke is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Dumbroski, who scored 20 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Serra Catholic's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-7. As for Bishop Canevin, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.
