There's no place like home for Buford, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Fairfield Central Griffins on Thursday. The Yellow Jackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Easton Rollings, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Lowery, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Buford always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Buford's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-10. As for Fairfield Central, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.

As of now, neither Buford nor the Griffins have any future games scheduled.
