The United Longhorns stacked an 18th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Alexander 70-40 at home. The win was familiar territory for United who now have four in a row.
Jesslynn Jalomo was her usual excellent self, scoring 36 points along with five rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Emily Escamilla, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
United is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 26-9 record this season. As for Alexander, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-14.
United does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Alexander also has no future games currently scheduled.
