Trinity Christian extended their winning streak to three on Thursday, bumping them up to 3-0. They blew past the Covenant Knights 72-43. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 40-19.

Having lost for the first time this season, Covenant fell to 3-1. The loss was their first of the season.

Despite the loss, Covenant still got an impressive performance from Luke Thomason, who shot 69% from the field to rack up 23 points. The game was Thomason's fourth in a row with at least 18 points. Adam Thomason also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Looking ahead, Trinity Christian won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Dallas Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Covenant, they will take on North Hills Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
