With a playoff game on the line, Limon rose to the challenge  on Sunday. They walked away with  a   20-10  victory over the Platte Valley Broncos. Winning may never get old, but the Badgers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to  Jacob Jaklich and  Camdyn Tacha. Jaklich rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns while  Tacha rushed for 93 yards on only 13 carries. Jaklich is becoming a predictor of Limon's success: when he posts  at  least two  rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
 Limon was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 300  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted since back in September.
 Limon's record is now 8-2. As for Platte Valley,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at four games  and leaves them with a 4-6 record.
 Limon will be staying on the road  on Saturday to face off against Wiggins at 1:00  p.m. Limon is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 27.7  points per game  this season. Platte Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
