The Noble Academy is on a five-game streak of home losses, Rowe-Clark an 11-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Noble Academy Griffins will take on the Rowe-Clark Masai Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
The Noble Academy suffered their biggest defeat yet this season two weeks ago. They had to suffer through a rough 68-36 loss at the hands of Comer.
Meanwhile, Rowe-Clark pushed their score all the way to 60 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Comer by a score of 62-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss Rowe-Clark has suffered yet this season.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Arnez Jones, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds. He hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Marcus Fossett, who scored 15 points along with two steals.
The Noble Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Rowe-Clark, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.
