Volleyball Recap: Westview Wins Going Away Against Omaha South

Westview not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 15, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Omaha South Packers with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Packers: they've now won four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-9, 25-13.

Riley Dungan paced Westview's offense, picking up seven kills. Dungan got some help from Rylee Meysenburg and her 14 assists. Braeli Myers controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Westview's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Omaha South, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Westview will venture away from home to face off against Douglas County West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Omaha South, they will welcome Omaha Northwest at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
