Camden Hungerholt continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 41 points along with six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Reid Hungerholt, who scored 18 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, even though Chatfield scored an imposing 65 points on Tuesday, Houston still came out on top. Houston snuck past Chatfield with a 70-65 victory. The victory was just what Houston needed coming off of a 82-34 loss in their prior matchup.
Morgan Rohweder was his usual excellent self, going 6 for 7 from beyond the arc en route to 31 points and 3 assists. Carter Geiwitz was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven assists.
LeRoy-Ostrander's record is now 6-9. As for Houston, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-6 record this season.
Friday's game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Hungerholt and Rohweder. Hungerholt has been dynamite this season: he has averaged 23.5 points, 4.5 steals, and 1.5 blocks. For his part, Rohweder has averaged 18.7 points, 2.8 steals, and 1.2 blocks.
LeRoy-Ostrander came out on top in a nail-biter against Houston when the teams last played back in November of 2023, sneaking past 69-67. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Rohweder, who scored 21 points along with nine rebounds and two blocks. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will LeRoy-Ostrander still be able to contain him? There's only one way to find out.
