Pacific had to endure a six-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They secured a 34-29 W over the Northwest Lions on Saturday. The Indians' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Pacific's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Northwest, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pacific will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on New Haven at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th.
