Stratford is 2-8 against Maplewood since January of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Stratford Spartans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Maplewood Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Stratford will be coming into the game with an undefeated record on the line.
Last Friday, Stratford took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 72-12 victory over Knowledge Academies. With Stratford ahead 35-6 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Amya Williams was Stratford's leading scorer, having posted four points.
Meanwhile, Maplewood came up short against Stratford two weeks ago and fell 58-46. Maplewood has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The opposite results left the teams with opposite records: Stratford's victory pushed their record up to 4-0, while Knowledge Academies' loss dropped theirs down to 0-4.
