The Rigby Trojans waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They took down Thunder Ridge 61-47. Given Rigby's advantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while Thunder Ridge is ranked 59th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Kambree Barber, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mylee Graham, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
Rigby's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-2. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 32.3 points. As for Thunder Ridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.
Rigby does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Thunder Ridge also has no future games currently scheduled.
