Jordan Duke Goes Supernova in Classical Win
 Starting off the list is Classical's  Jordan Duke, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Duke rushed for 74 yards and four touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 60 receiving yards.
 The  win for Classical keeps them at an undefeated 5-0. Duke and Classical will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Pilgrim at 7:00  p.m.  on October 18th.

Clements Came Up Big in Johnston's  37-12  Win
 Johnston's three-game losing streak  is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to  Matt Clements. Clements was dynamite on Friday, throwing for 232 yards and five touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes.
 Johnston's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. A feisty cat fight will be fought when  Panthers challenges Lincoln at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday.

Pimental Posts Huge Game in  24-19  Victory
  Jerry Pimental was a major factor in Mt. Hope's  victory over Pilgrim on Friday. Pimental did his part (and then some), rushing for 121 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'.
 Mt. Hope pushed their record up to 2-2 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  at home dating back to last season. Pimental and Mt. Hope will play host again  on Thursday to welcome Chariho, where kickoff is scheduled  at 6:00  p.m.

Kaleb Rock's Rushing Yards a New Career-High
  Kaleb Rock posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Saturday. He rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries.
 The  win for Ponaganset keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. Rock and Ponaganset will be staying on the road  on Saturday to face off against Hope/St. Patrick Academy at 12:00  p.m.

James Estrada Makes It Two for Johnston
 Another Johnston player making an appearance on this list is  James Estrada. He picked up 107 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
