East Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Oakwood Christian, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Looking ahead, East Ridge will take on Howard Tech at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. East Ridge has given up an average of 10.4 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Oakwood Christian, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Varsity Opponent at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
