Cody Sells Goes Supernova in Three Rivers Win
Cody Sells's big game helped extend Three Rivers's winning streak to seven on Thursday. Nobody could stop Sells as he threw for 347 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 74.2% of his passes, and also punched in a rushing score.
Three Rivers pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Sells and Three Rivers will take on Kaufer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Santa Maria found a leader in Daniel Martinez as the squad took down Freer on Friday. Martinez was dynamite, rushing for 169 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.4 yards per carry, and also picking up 125 receiving yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 53 yards.
Santa Maria's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Cougars challenges Skidmore-Tynan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Jason Galey produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Three Rivers to the win on Thursday. Galey picked up 144 receiving yards and four touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making a tackle and defending three passes.
For the year, Galey has caught 10 touchdowns while averaging 86.3 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 20.86 receiving yards per game.
