 Chancy Worsley and  Cort Porter made a big impact no matter where they played.  Mogollon  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .590. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Maryvale Prep only posted  an  OBP of  .143.
Maryvale Prep is  on  a  six-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
 Looking ahead, Mogollon is taking a road trip to  take on St. Johns  at 3:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Maryvale Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the  loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Anthem Prep at 4:00  p.m.  on March 20th.
