They walked away with a 35-27 win over Rogers City. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Alcona has scored all year.
Alcona's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cayden Hebert, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Collin Walker, who scored six points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Alcona pushed their record up to 13-4 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Rogers City, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.
Alcona will head out on the road to face off against the Hurons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rogers City, they will look to defend their home court against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Alcona is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 54.4 points per game this season.
